Standard Plan: $70 CAD/hr for hours beyond the included 4
What services are covered under “Regular Updates”?
We handle all WordPress core, theme, and plugin updates to keep your site running smoothly and securely.
What reporting will I receive?
As part of a maintenance package, you’ll get a free monthly analytics report plus periodic site-health summaries outlining updates applied, security scans run, and performance metrics.
Can I upgrade to a custom plan?
Absolutely. Our Custom Plan is ideal if you have heavy content needs or frequent updates, let’s chat to tailor a solution for your organization.
How does pay-as-you-go website maintenance work?
It’s simple, you reach out when you need help, and you only pay for the time spent. No contracts, no monthly fees. Just reliable support whenever something comes up.
What’s the rate for pay-as-you-go?
The rate is $85/hour, billed in 15-minute increments. So if a task only takes 30 minutes, you’ll be charged $42.50.
How quickly will my issue be handled?
Most small fixes are handled in 1 business day. Urgent requests can usually be bumped up, just let us know it's time-sensitive.
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes, the minimum billing is 15 minutes ($21.25). Even the smallest updates fall under that.
